Our Head Chef, Tobias Vanderbilt, believes in using the freshest in-season produce from local suppliers, ensuring that only the best ingredients are used to create that perfect dish for each and every customer. Tobias is passionate about classic cuisine, putting his own contemporary signature twist on every dish to truly create an unrivalled Beaconsfield dining experience.
We believe in catering for all dietary requirements and can tailor our cuisine to suit your needs, whether it be a food intolerance, or if you are vegetarian or vegan. Our unique and ever changing seasonal menu will keep vegetable, meat and fish lovers coming back for more.
Alongside a stunning menu, we serve interesting, unusual, and often organic/natural wines from around the globe. Along with amazing well-known classics, no other bar or restaurant in the area offers such an eclectic mix of Austrian and Slovenian red wines, orange wines or cloudy organic whites! Wine is our passion, and you will not find a comparable wine list in Beaconsfield.
